Due to the implementation of Ohio House Bill 186, Inflation Cap Credit, second-half 2025 Real Property & Public Utility tax bills plus 2026 Manufactured Home tax bills will be mailed later than usual. To ensure Taxpayers have adequate time to receive & review their bills, the due date has been extended until July 22, 2026. The new Inflation Cap Credit provides some property tax relief to qualifying property owners and will appear as a separate line item on eligible second-half tax bills. The Auditor & Treasurer offices are working closely with the Ohio Department of Taxation plus software providers to ensure all credits are calculated and applied accurately before bills are issued.
